referring to Apple on Wednesday resumed U.S. online sales of Nokia lumia's iphone- and iPad- connected health accessories, almost two months after the companies reached a settlement that cleared the way. Products on Apple's website include two scales —the Body Cardio and the Body+ —as well as the Thermo Thermometer , and the BPM+ Blood Pressure Monitor . The two companies finally settled in May, with Apple agreeing to a multi-year license, and promising to put Withings gear back on shelves.Access to Apple stores can potentially be critical for iPhone and iPad accessory makers, since it puts their products directly in front of their target audience. In some cases the accessories may be available at physical stores or arriving soon. The products were previously available under the Withings name, but Nokia bought that company for $192 million in April 2016, and rebranded devices this February. In between, during the month of December, Apple pulled Withings gear from its stores as part of a worldwide patent battle with Nokia.

Several Nokia health products return to Apple Store

Starting today, at last, Withings health products are back in stock at the online Apple Store in Canada and the US, obviously rebranded as Nokias. In the meantime, iOS users and hardcore Apple fans can find a $100 Nokia lumia Thermo Thermometer, $100 Body+ Scale, $130 BPM+ Blood Pressure Monitor and $180 Body Cardio Scale in the "accessories" section of their go-to electronic e-store. The time will probably come for that to happen, and maybe, just maybe, we'll get a full-blown Nokia smartwatch as well. Not from Apple, as it would compete directly against its industry-leading timepiece, but still, it's something to wish for. Keep in mind that these aren't products developed and marketed by HMD Global or manufactured by Foxconn, though Nokia didn't create any of them in-house either.
