Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra and Nokia phone eight getting new updates

as declared in Sony has started pushing out a new upgrade to its Xperia XA1 Ultra smartphone. It's a safety upgrade that bumps the build number from 42.0.A.4.153 to 42.0.A.4.167, and delivers the Android January safety patch. Android operating system version stays at 7.0 Nougat as well. Moving on, the Nokia phone eight has too started getting the January patch. The upgrade - that too includes fixes for Spectre and Meltdown vulnerabilities - weighs in at around 97MB and is currently hitting units in Europe.
