She was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. A 19-year-old man was shot in the lower back and was taken to Mount Sinai in good condition, police said. An 18-year-old man was shot twice in the leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized. Barry Smith, 31, is accused of opening fire on the group and fatally wounding 21-year-old Nakia Bailey, according to Cook County prosecutors. He's charged with one count of first-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder, court documents show.
